Taste of InterPlay & Playback Theatre Workshop

Both InterPlay and Playback Theatre are artistic practices that explore personal stories.
InterPlay is an easy to learn creative process that invites people to express themselves through stories, movement and voice.
Playback Theatre is an interactive form of improvisational theatre in which audience members tell stories from their lives and watch them enacted on the spot by actors.
Both InterPlay and Playback are very fun and you don’t need any experience to participate! In this dual workshop, InterPlay Leader Agnotti and Chicago Playback Theatre Artistic Director Allison Sokolowski will each walk participants through a taste of these art forms.
This workshop is FREE! Come ready to move and explore. Masks are required (and will be available).
Parking is limited (the surrounding block is restricted to permit parking, but there is metered parking down the street). The church is an 8 minute walk from the Belmont Red/Brown/Purple Line station and is near stops for the 22, 36, and 77 buses.
